Complaints should be referred to the firm's Principal, Mr. Girn, in the first instance and may be referred to ICAEW in the event that the complainant is not satisfied with the firm's resolution, management or explanation in response to the claim. The firm encourages the use of mediation and dispute resolution services before resort to litigation.

We do not anticipate conflicts of interest in working with clients but we review each case at its inception and periodically in the course of the case for potential conflicts and we would work to resolve a conflict of interest quickly and appropriately should one be recognised. Prices for services are not predetermined and will usually be set out in either a Letter of Engagement which forms our agreement with a client or in a form otherwise approved for the provision of insolvency services, e.g. in regulated communications to creditors.
