Gore and Company focuses on problems within the client finance function and more serious corporate level financial difficulties. We provide a hands on approach to problem solving involving both interim management and providing board level advice and guidance during periods of financial difficulty. Gore and Company provides specialist review services aimed at identifying the causes of corporate financial difficulty and developing solutions. Clients often require short term assistance to help them to deal with difficulties that are often containable and require specialist advice. Management often requires assistance to focus in on the key aspects of the business that must be addressed if the business is to avoid serious financial problems and even failure.
